::I waited 48+ hours to allow the owner to contact me after a follow up email but nothing was received. I ordered a safari cake for my sons first birthday party. I reiterated 3 times in the email I wanted a 3 tier cake, and I didnt care about how many people it served.. the cake was for display rather than head count. I went to the bakery to try their cupcakes to make sure I liked their baking and I did, so I placed my order with them. I placed the order via email with the owner and never once did she say she couldnt make what I requested (sent an exact picture like she asked) . When I picked up the cake on Saturday it was nothing like what I asked for. It was one layer - an extremely tall cake that is nearly impossible to cut and serve, and its decorating was atrocious. NOTHING like what I ordered/paid for. I emailed the owner Saturday to send her a photo and say how un-pleased I was because it was nothing like I asked for and her only response was that she was 'surprised'. No apology, no resolution offered, nothing. Horrible Service. I could have made a better looking cake than what they did. And to top it off, the cake tasted horrible, nothing like the smash cake or cupcakes I tasted prior to ordering. It was like a pound cake. The cake was so tall I had to cut it in half to be able to serve it, and when it was cut in half, I literally punched the inside layer and it bounced back because it was so dense. TERRIBLE!!! When you spend a lot for a cake and one of your guests tells you its the worst cake they ever had, its extremely disappointing - especially when its for your sons very first birthday party.

::Super friendly staff! We loved all of the flavors so much that we decided to do four little cakes, all different flavors. Nicole was so flexible and helpful! She took our random ideas and created beautiful and elegant cakes for our wedding!

::Look no further, seriously, this place is it! I ordered an "Under the Sea" cake for my kid's b-day party and it was beautiful, I mean, impressive! Not only was it such clean, beautiful cake work, but it may have been the best tasting cake I have ever had. The filling in the middle was incredible, everyone at the party was talking about it. It was smooth like butter and cool like ice cream, I have never had anything like it. They have great customer service, everything went off without a hitch. I will order from here anytime I need an impressive and delicious cake!
