  Worst Brazilian EVER. I wish the woman had just told me she had no idea what she was doing. The wax wax too hot and she used the same dip stick in the wax pot... crazy unhygienic. I will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Super disappointing.

  They are serious about hygiene, which is my number one reason for never setting foot in most NYC cheap nail salons. Honey is thorough, and that alone makes it a relaxing environment, and definitely worth paying a few extra dollars. The prices are very reasonable. Great color selection, and friendly staff. Will return.

  I like Honey for the following reasons: there is minimal "nail salon smell", there are couches for pedicures, no one minds if I read, my nails look good when I leave.

  Best nail salon in Brooklyn! Hands down! I've come here dozens of times for mani/pedis and can't recall ever having a bad experience. First and foremost, it's clean and well ventilated. Amazingly, I've never smelled even a whiff of nail polish in there. The pedi section is in the back with comfy elevated benches tucked into 4 nooks. The mani section is up front, neatly organized into 4 rows. The girls are sweet, through, and borderline perfectionists. The end result is always immaculate. I recommend making an appointment as they tend to fill up fast, especially on weekends and evenings. If you have gel on, make sure you let them know when you make your appointment so they can build in extra time to remove it. They accept credit cards, but ask that you leave cash tips. Thank you Honey Nails, for my many, many amazing mani/pedis! I'll see you soon!

  I decided to try this salon after the one I usually patronized changed ownership. My daughter and I had a mani and pedi done today. However after we were finished I had to ask one of the workers for help to put my sneakers on after doing my nails although I observed her more than eager assistance with other customers.The workers that took care of us did a good job however I won't be returning because of my very poor customer service experience. They made me feel like they didn't want us there.
