  Great experience and made the car buying process as easy and simplified as possible. Bryan Jimenez was a great sales consultant. He even came in on his day off to help me pick out the best car for my needs. Joshua Madrid was a great Service Advisor who showed exceptional customer service. Always recommend Honda West!

  Honda West was great to work with. No pushy salesmen. No high pressure tactics. We dealt with Honda Dave, who is very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made the process easy. Mike R. in financing was also very friendly and helpful. All in all, buying a car at Honda West was a refreshingly pleasant experience. We have also dealt with their service department for oil changes since the purchase, and they are quick, thorough, and very helpful.

  I will say I was a little intimidated walking in as I haven't purchased a car in years but I was warmly welcomed and quickly felt at ease dealing with Ted Trevino. Ted was very knowledgeable, personable and understanding of our situation. We quickly fell in love with the Honda HR-V and were even more amazed when Ted showed us all the intricacies before we drove off the lot. That car offers so much; still cannot believe how affordable it is. Awesome shopping experience; I think we were in and out under two and a half hours. Will buy from them again!

  Best sales experience ever! Bryan was an amazing sales person. He was honest from the start and kept me informed through the process. He recommended vehicle I never even considered which was perfect for me, and even with my upside-down trade I walked out with a significantly lower payment. I love my 2018 FIT EV 5-DOOR

  Can’t even find the right words to use for how great this dealership is. My brother got a car here and told me how nice everyone was and I thought he was just exaggerating. He definitely was not kidding. From the moment I started my car buying experience I felt like I was truly valued as a customer. Bob was so great and so honest the whole way. A lot of people hesitate going car shopping because they immediately think they will be pushed to buy so the dealer makes there numbers but I never once was pressured. Bob said he’ll take care of me from day 1 and he sure did. I am more than satisfied with this dealership. Even the finance manager, Mr. Rodriguez was so friendly and sweet. Definitely made the signing part stress free and funny. Thanks again Honda West! I wish I can give more than 5 stars.
