  I am really disappointed to see some bad reviews here. I can assure you my experience was beyond outstanding. I personally dealt with Roxy; great sales lady. Extremely professional, attentive and especially honest, no nonsense. I eventually closed the deal with Sales Manager Steven Aguayo, who after a couple of phone calls, not only did he give me an extremely reasonable amount for my trade in, but a killer deal on my 2016 Pilot with ONLY 22k miles (certified). I finally dealt with Mr. Jimenez in financing, a true gentleman. He did not push at all for any additional warranties, coverages, etc. He offered once (as it is expected) and that was it. This will definitely be my Honda dealership from here on out. Stress free, great deals and the service, from the guy in valet parking to management, professional, courteous and honest. Ask for Roxy !!!! God Bless !!!

  I was a first time buyer and yesterday March 28, Honda of Downtown made my dream come true. All my family is very brand loyal to Honda so I always wanted my dream car to be a Honda. My experience was amazing, I was nervous and excited all kinds of emotions but they have such an amazing positive attitude that they make you feel at home. Thank you to the amazing Honda team and a special thanks to Carlos Guerrero and Ignacio Jimenez for making our experience excellent. You guys are ethical and professionals that really know how to satisfy the customers. Thank you.

  My experience purchasing a car was great. From the moment I called in to ask about buying a car to being on the grounds and at the desk to purchase. Gabriel was very helpful in helping me decide what I was looking for by sharing different options. When I finally decided on a Honda Civic 2015, Gabriel and Arturo guided me through the process to getting approval to purchasing the car, the insurance. I was very well taken care of and would recommend Honda of Downtown Los Angeles. All the people were very helpful there. And as a bonus of luck you get to find the bell which was fun!

  Sorry my bad English) So, today I woke up with a thought that i live here for 3 years it's time to start my credit history in US , and I need a new car cause my old X5 e53 is not suits my needs anymore. Sounds impossible, but I decided to give it a try and headed to Honda of Down Town Los Angeles. Long story short, I drive home 2018 Honda Civic, with payments lower than I expected. All staff was very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Bryce Sutherland , he listened to my story, truly understand my situation and offered me a deal I can't even imagine I can get... the most important, was very friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable with my bad English and 0 credit history. Для наших: Ребята, если очень нужна машина есть SSN и разрешение на работу, но нет кредитной истории. Не тратьте время на походы по частным торговым автоплощадкам, даже если они обещают золотые горы. Всё что они вам могут предложить либо машина с пробегом и первоначальным взносом в размере 30-50% от стоимости, либо они сами предоставляют кредит под сумасшедший процент без возможности преждевременного погашения или рефинансирования. Если у вас схожа ситуация с моей, рекомендую попробовать пообщаться с ребятами из Honda of Down Town Los Angeles, они обязательно что-то придумают.

  I had a wonderful experience. I was helped by a young lady named Mercedes Reyes. She was very patient with me through the whole car buying process. She was professional, courteous and just outstanding customer service. Mercedes did a wonderful job and I’m will be sure to refer my friends and family to her. She made the process very easy for me. Honda of Downtown LA is lucky to have her.
