  This is a very nice facility, highlighted by an AC system that allows the occupant to determine their desired temperature and fan settings and when they run, rather than the system trying to determine when the room is occupied. The room was quiet and we'll equipped, though the bed was slightly firmer than we typically like, but the great temperature control more than made up for it. I recommend this hotel and will certainly return!

  Very clean rooms and the staff were very nice. The workout room is very small and one of the treadmills was not functioning, 100%. My only complaint is that they would not honor a price for the second night of a stay due to a conference. I called and spoke to several “managers” who simply would not budge.

  3.5 It was…ok. It’s reasonably clean, but looking a bit worn. Walking distance to stadium & arena, but not much else around it. Beds were rock hard, heating unit worked in bedroom, but not living room area. Even by “free” breakfast standard, this was pretty poor. Staff was pleasant & helpful. If you need this kind of space, or a location close to the arena / stadium, it works.

  The front desk clerk unfortunately lacks curtesy and manners, which is not what I'm accustomed to for front of house service. The pool is a joke and the gym has minimal equipment. Other than that the property is decently safe and clean.

  Tried using the indoor pool however the water was cold. It’s winter who wants to swim in a cold pool. Wednesday night social hour has limited food items..only soup and salad. Had to ask for breakfast items to be replenished each morning. Hash browns were cold each morning. Room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping staff were great.
