  Second time using them. First time, they were great. Had to call again for another issue. Came out, ran snake, ended up busting toilet. Now have broken toilet and sewage all over bathroom floor. Was told the snake did break the toilet, but said snake should have gone up the pipe. Since it didn’t go up the pipe, they say they are not liable. He refused to give insurance info. Would give zero stars if possible. His attitude was very unprofessional.

  We've used them several times over the years. Mike is always the one who comes out and does the work. Very fair prices, they will not cheat you. Competent at plumbing, his work passed city inspection. Mike has 40 years experience. We got a quote from ARS Roto Rooter who quoted us literally twice as much and told us a lot of BS. If we went with them, they would have done a lot of expensive, totally unnecessary work. For instance, ARS told us finding leaks in a gas line is very difficult and would cost a fortune, we should just replace the entire line. Mike said finding leaks is easy and there's no reason to replace the line except for ARS to make some quick and easy money ($2000). Mike found all the leaks and fixed them in less than 2 hours and charged $250 for it.
