  Ridiculously poor customer service. In an empty store without a single customer I was told literally, that if I take more than an hour of staff's time, it makes no sense to do the business with me. I live in this country long enough and don't visit Russian businesses in Brooklyn often enough, so I forgot how stupid and pretentious they can be sometimes.
