  Scheduling was quick & the person handling the call was very pleasant. Michael, the service technician, was on time & went right to work on my dryer vent, answering my questions & ones I didn't know that I needed to know. Gas dryer is now operating like it's new again and I am feeling safer about it operation. I recommend this business.

  Michael arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning and repairing my two gas fireplaces. 5 stars all the way! I'm pleasantly surprised of the huge difference the cleaning made. The fireplace looks much nicer, the flames are higher now, and it lights much easier.

  Had my gas fireplace cleaned by "Bob" from Home Safe and was more than well pleased. He did without a doubt the most complete cleaning that has ever been done since it was installed twenty plus years ago. He was friendly while going thru his cleaning process, took time to explain what he was doing and why. I was most pleased with both him and his service and will have them and hopefully him back at a later date to clean our other unit. Five stars for sure...

  Home Safe Hearth and Chimney Great Job! Bart showed up when expected,called before arriving, then when right to work. Cleaned and inspected our fireplace with great care to keep the white carpet in pristine condition. he climbed a ladder and inspected the chimney and documented every aspect of the inspection and when finished provided me with photographs and a detailed visual presentation of everything of concern. charged me a fair price for the work accomplished hence the five stars
