  I've been bringing my little home espresso machines to this shop for the last 9 years. I don't have anything fancy or expensive, but a quick fix keeps me from having to go purchase a brand new machine. The customer service is great, and they always make me a latte on my own machine before I take it home just to prove the machine is back in action. I'm a loyal customer.

  Sometimes you get a better idea of of the character of the business when you run into problems, than when everything goes perfectly. I brougth in an espresso machine that I imported from Italy. There is not a lot of expertise anywhere in the US on this model. I brought in a machine that I imported from Italy. Will tore it down, replaced solenoids, checked the function of parts, called experts at other shops, and probably spent a dozen hours trying to crack it. Ultimately the machine did not cooperate. And, he didn't charge me - which I was not expecting; he had kept me informed every step of the way, and replaced parts that cost his business money. This is a business that stands by their work. They will be my first call when my next espresso machine (sourced domestically!) breaks down.

  They're awesome - I have a La Pavoni and absent minded me left the steam wand on and let the tank dry out and the machine doesn't work anymore. I called them in first thing in the morning (I NEED MY COFFEE!!!) and instead of telling me to take it in, they patiently walk me through how to reset the machine and tell me to bring that in if that doesn't do the trick. Well - the reset worked thank goodness. Although I didn't have to get it repaired this time but I know when I'm going next time I need my espresso machine repaired. So glad honest businesses like this exist

  Awesome service -- great customer service, honest business, and very knowledgeable technicians. Support your local small business! Repairs and tune-ups are cheaper than a full machine replacement and give your coffee machine a new life. I've brought several machines here for tune-ups and repairs, including my 13-year old espresso machine that still runs like new. Once, I thought it needed an expensive repair but the technician gave it a cheaper tune-up and assured me the extra labor/part wasn't necessary.
