  Convenient, didn't have a card and didn't have enough to get one, but a customer took my change and used their card so I could wash/dry my clothes

  This is a card operated laundromat, meaning you have to purchase and load money onto the card and then swipe the card into the machine's card readers. Most of the medium sized washers are out of order. ALL of the single load washers are out of order (these are the ones they advertise for $.75/load..so you aren't going to get that special) and approx 30% of the dryers are out of order. The facility is not staffed so if the machine you pick does not work...oh well, you're S.O.L On a positive note, it has swamp cooling, so the heat doesnt affect you while you're doing laundry. As of the time of this posting the prices are: double load $1.25. Triple load $2.99/$3.99 (I guess because one washer is slightly larger than the other). Extra large $5.69 and dryers are $.79 for 20 mins

  Don't waste your time. Very few working washers. My first and ONLY time neither one of machines to purchase card were working. Worn out , broken machines so even if I could have purchased a card I couldn't use. Definately time to shut down as it is a haven for homeless trying to stay cool . Not safe, not useable, waste of time.

  They advertise on their window that you can wash clothes 75 cents a single load. But have absolutely none of them working. The 1.25 washers are nasty and only a few of them work. You can’t false advertise. This is ridiculous. The dryers are huge but take two rounds at 79 cents for 20 minutes. I’ve had 3$ stolen from their machines and never found a # to call to let their “management “ know. Please don’t waste your money on these people.

  All Single Load, a few 2 load machines, and 4 dryers were out of order. The place is clean and vending machines are in working order. It uses a card system, so no need to carry change. It's in a good location. But what should have costed me $6.12 (according to their signs) cost me $8 to wash 3 loads and dry 2. The owner came in right before close and refunded me $1.25 because one of the dryers took my money but never started. So that is good. The owner was very nice and Customer Service was great. We talked to him about the issues we had seen and he said he is in the process of addressing those now.
