::Great facility, they have everything you'd expect from a fitness center. Their staff is super helpful and friendly.

::I asked them to cancel my membership due to finantial problems and Ana ,the lady at the front desk ,said "no". Then I talked to the director and she offered me a 3 month hold to what I accepted thinking that in 3 months I was going to be finantially ok. Later that same week I got charge for the month but because of " my finantial problem" my account was on zeros I got charge an overdraft of $34. That was month number 1 from the 3 month hold I was offered, now January 2018 the second month of those 3 month hold, I got charge again. I called the office several times with many messages and nobody in that facility is willing to even return my call. The director Audrey ,I guess is her name, was the one offering me the 3 month hold that until now has cost me an overdraft of $35 plus $144.00 that I really do not have now. Either I pay rent and eat or I pay YMCA membership.... I guess I pay YMCA.

::The people here were fantastic. The Y is a community and at this place I was quickly made to feel at home! From the guys in the parking lot to the other people working out everyone was friendly and helpful. Tonia at the front desk deserves a raise! And I love it that the $$ I spend go to helping out kids and community programs! How much better can it get? By staying healthy I am doing good deeds for other people by supporting one of the largest philanthropic organizations in the US. BTW I like the facilities too. Clean and plentiful equipment and space. I loved the courtyard! I would give more stars if I could!
