  The woman is awesome, she helped me select the pieces to go with my bedroom set. The delivery and set up guys did a very good job putting my bedroom set together.

  Fast delivery and low prices. I asked the sales clerk Vanessa for a discount she said" I don't believe you can get a lower price, let me call my boss and ask". I appreciated the extra service that earned me a $10 discount. Thank you Vanessa

  The girl who sells in this location is extremely sweet and extremely helpful. She gets a 10/10 for customer service. The problem comes in with the "main office". I don't know where the main office is or who runs it, but here is the situation: We paid cash for three pieces that were supposed to be delivered that Saturday (a few days after ordering), then they said they would be here by Tuesday (yesterday) and called yesterday to say it would be one more week. Had we known this ahead of time, we would have chosen a couch they had in store and could deliver same day. There are no exchanges, no money back. So, even though we don't have the pieces we ordered, we are stuck waiting while they have our money.
