::Definitely the busiest ever, but customer service is fast and very friendly. Young lady even put me on to the gummies bogo free so the kid was happy.

::Really just go to a different Holiday gas station. The customers are super rude, they cause problems and numerous disruptions in the store which slows all lines. I'm sure the MGMT is good and most of the employees are polite. Just don't appreciate these customers. Just go to a different Holiday gas station.

::Cashiers are constantly caught in conversation amongst themselves even when there are lines of 10 or more people waiting to check out. Multiple associates standing around at registers unaware of the volume of people in line in the store. Visited store over a dozen times and nearly every visit you have the same scenario. Needs new management and staff. On 11/ 1, I walked up to the counter and a male African-American associate saw me walk up and then he walked away and started a conversation with a female associate. I told him I'd like to check out and he rolled his eyes at me. This store needs new management.

::I've been going to this store for 5 years and the managers are terrific. Josh and Roy are hard-working and helpful. They always seek ways to engage with me and my wife and provide top notch service. I could go to another station but because of them and the other staff I will continue my biz there.

::I was visiting the area and was unsure of directions. Luckily I found this gem of a store. I had an amazingly helpful woman help me with directions named Sarah, she also gave me a great deal for a car wash pass which was awesome because I can use it at many locations. There needs to be more people in the customer service field like this young lady. Great job holiday!!
