  Best weekly or Monthly hotel/apartment in Las Vegas. A small deposit of $250 will hold your unit & choose weekly or monthly payment options. The units come fully furnished with all utilities covered. All units come with TVs & offer a huge assortment of TV channels. All units come with high speed wifi, which works perfect. The property offers beautiful courtyards, & sparkling pool. No rift raft is tolerated & staff keeps the property clean. The staff is very friendly, helpful, & willing to help in any way. I HIGHLY suggest staying here for short or long term stays. This is my second time living at the Holiday Royal within 5 years & love every second.

  Solid place, quiet as all heck for being located near the clubs and Hard Rock. Staff is good Megan is cool, and Giles the maintenance guy gets it done. They keep filters for your AC/heat for efficiency and being gated is a nice feel given the busy area. They fix power problems and water pretty speedy. Cable/dish not as fast though. Pool stays clean, and they keep up on pesticides so as to keep bug populations down to 0 basically. (Which is hard to get in a weekly) Security is good, they just get in the way a little too much. My only real complaint is the rent is way too expensive and only going up, but I suppose that’s Vegas and the location premo for tourists.

  The rooms may be great, but staff is also everything. Who answered the phone today ? February 28th 2018 at 11:54 am? I asked if there was anything available . She said there was nothing available until the 29th. I then asked how can I go about reserving a room. She told me the deposit was $250. I did not ask the price of the deposit. I asked how I could go about reserving the room. She was also very rude . I hope the call was recorded.. If you don't want to answer questions, why did you apply to work there ? Re-train her. She's disgusting

  My disabled Mom and I are in a dark unlucky place, we've found ourselves without a home and when I called Holiday Royale, I found a sympathetic ear that wanted to help us. Kathy has been an angel, she got us immediately moved into a weekly at an affordable rate and has reserved a monthly at a price we can afford. The staff is awesome, the tenants are friendly and the grounds feel safe - with a secure gated entrance, nightly security and a staff that keeps ppl out until you give permission. Despite being under the direct flight path of landing airplanes, the rooms are well insulated and the sound is minimal. Maintenance and maids keep the grounds clean and free from trash, they enforce tenants to keep their dogs on a leash and to clean up after them. The laundry facilities are small but clean and conveniently located throughout the complex.

  Overall great extended stay Hom-tel. Worth the price. Clean and quiet, with friendly and helpful front office staff. Brian the night guard is top notch. Pool is always clean with good landscaping in outdoor areas. Only reason it's 4 stars is because the place in town it's in and the busy road.
