  I do not usually write reviews, however I needed to share my experience. I went here once and dropped off two items, one of which was a pair of green unlined pants from Banana Republic (new, never before dry cleaned). The pants were returned with scorch marks along every seam and most noticeably along the inner seams. I brought them back to show the owners and boy was it a mess. I was told the following things: "these pants weren't cleaned here"; "the fabric is the problem"; "no one has ever complained in 20+ years" and 'these pants are cheap". Yes, I told told my pants were cheap and that was why they were cleaned improperly. The pants were not cheap and I said so, whereupon I was instructed to "prove it" with the receipt. I actually had the receipt and pulled it out and the business owner (there were five present) refused to look at it until I insisted. After stating numerous times that I wanted a refund and that I was sure they wouldn't be able to 'unscorch' my pants with a second cleaning, I finally got my money back. Basically, don't ever go here. Zero stars.

  they use Rynex a non-hazardous waste, non-carcinegenic cleaning solution. Prices are the same, and service is very personal.
