The front desk was nice and considerate, housekeeping was nice. Room was clean and clean towels,. The food was good. The hotel was in a good location walking distance to several eateries, Smithsonian area, metro close. Swimming pools clean, nice rooftop pool, laundry area close and business center nearby. Enjoyed my stsy

It was a good experience. Great location. The room was clean and the toiletries were replaced daily. Had two issues: the tub drain was clogged, they took care of it quickly and the safe didn't work, they couldn't fix that. The hotel parking is tight; not for new or nervous drivers. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay. All of the staff were nice and helpful. Room was nice but needs some updating and upkeep. Restaurant was ok. Kids eat free (2 per adult) which was nice.

This was a clean, comfortable room for my 3-night stay in D.C. The room had been relatively recently remodeled, and had a very nice makeup mirror in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and the staff were terrific and even called to ensure I liked my room after I checked in. I do have to note that it was on a very noisy street. That's not the hotel's fault, of course, but it's worth noting. In D.C., though, this is just how it goes. I'd gladly stay there again. If you can request a room on an upper floor, it might help to get away from the street noise. I was in 318.

It wasn't completely terrible, but they really should do better. To give an example, I'm not a tall person but the shower head was at shoulder height for me. It would only be appropriate for children. I've had cleaner rooms. It wasn't bad enough for me to ask them to fix it, but it was just a bit meh. If I'd paid $60 for the room I'd have felt it was good value and would have no complaints. It's adequate for a couple of nights. At $250 per night I'd expect better. I've had better in cheaper hotels in other major cities worldwide. The one truly good thing was it was convenient.
