  Great room size, friendly service, location was right outside event area and front desk attendents were very friendly

  Just stop by the get a quick drink. Hotel located in prime area with tons of shopping available.

  I give this 3 out of 5 because I liked the beds but I didn't like the showers because it was too pressurized which doesn't come in handy when you want to wash your face. The bathroom had no bath mat and I had to use a towel. The bathroom got really steamy when I got out of the shower. No place to put your dirty towels. And I personally recommend having black curtains which they didn't have they had a white curtain with a shear curtain in front of it a little hard to find the white curtain. And took time to find how to work the shower head. I recommend this hotel but be ready for all of these and they serve the same breakfast everyday juice, cereal (cheerios and special k protein), muffins, eggs, bacon, and potatoes.

  Good staff and comfortable room for stay. They should provide complimentary water and initial kit to every guest. That's only missing else I would have given 5 out of 5

  Very disappointed on this hotel. We chose this hotel because it has a fantastic location. My husband booked the hotel over the phone and they offered him breakfast for an additional cost, so he said yes that was fine. We arrived and the rooms were clean and spacious. The next day in the morning we went to have some breakfast and the problems started, the elevator didn't work we had to call the front desk to send someone for us. When we went to serve our breakfast we were informed that we were not allowed to have breakfast which was very confusing after my husband agreed over the phone to pay for breakfast, that was a pretty embarrassing moment with all the eyes on us from the rest of guests. We went to the front desk and the lady there told us that they charged us just for the cheapest breakfast which meant that just our toddler could have breakfast. That was the first time we heard about it. So I told them I've never heard of such a thing you usually pay for breakfast for everybody in the room not just a toddler, the lady answered in a very arrogant way that it was their policy. I absolutely agree that the hotel is entitled to have the policies they please, however I consider absolutely disrespectful and tricky not to inform those policies PROPERLY to the customer. No apologies were given and at this point I don't even need to mention that I will never ever visit this hotel again.
