  This is a true two star establishment. Smelly, uncomfortable, noisy, and a bad location. Horrible food. I’m giving it 2 stars because the customer service was decent.

  Very nice hotel. Very spacious for the NY area. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very nicely updated. My room came with a fridge which was very nice. Also the towles are very nice! Small details make the stay nice.

  Just about time to turn it over to Ramada. The hotel is older, the beds are tired, the carpets are worn, and the peach colored paint was peeling off the bathroom walls.

  The hotel itself was pretty nice considering it wasn't particularly expensive. I got my room through a Priceline express deal and I'd say it was definitely a good stay. The staff were helpful and cordial, and the parking, while expensive, did exist which is more than some manhattan based hotels. The subway connection is close (111th 7 line) and the room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was nice and I liked the bed. All in all the 4 stars is there because breakfast wasn't free, the parking was a bit pricey and the room amenities were a bit sparse. Overall its a good place, I would recommend

  Clean. Efficient staff. Great food. Walls are a bit thin, but nothing catastrophic. Would stay here again.
