  Great hotel! We checked in really late and was still given very great service. Our room was perfect, with very comfortable beds. The pillows are awesome! Breakfast is hot, with lots of options. Great friendly staff too!

  After 10 hours of driving, we arrived at this lovely looking hotel. We checked in and then went up to relax. Next thing I knew, we were in between and surrounded by a young sports team who stayed up until 2:30am. I tried talking with the students twice and I called the front desk and then I went down to voice my concerns. But, the front desk staff was the only person on site and when I called she tried to talking with them but this noise kept up to the early morning. Normally , we have a good stay at the holiday inns but this time was not the case. Rewards member

  Recently redone very clean very nice front desk woman. Free breakfast was edible but at least they had cereal and yogurt. Nice small pool. Ample parking.

  On a scale 1 to 10 I would give this hotel an eight and a half the rooms are nice the bed very large and comfortable the service has always been outstanding here I've stayed here for over a week now and I can say that I have been very pleased. The breakfast in the morning is not bad for a hotel it has between 10 to 15 different types of options for breakfast warm cold and hot. You're going to be in Jacksonville I would recommend this room for a weekly stay or even the nightly the price is pretty good.

  Front desk staff were so polite and helpful. Breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable. Beds comfortable and had so many pillows. Plan to stay there every time we go to Mayo clinic. Would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Jacksonville near Mayo clinic.
