  We had a spacious room but it smelled a but weird.... Love the breakfast though! They have some really exellent staff that we conversations with and some were just rude.

  Place is a mess! Couldn't get into my room until 530 PM because none of the rooms were clean. Finally got checked in step off the elevator to find dirty linens all over the hallway and had to walk around the piles to get to my room. Cleaning lady was running around very fast and obviously cutting corners and not properly cleaning rooms. First impression of room was good but nope think again bathroom was nasty. Rust stains in the tub and a hole with some lousy patch job that fell off as soon as I turned the shower on. Shower curtain has stains all over it. TV is slow as ever half the channels don't show up. As a ihg platinum rewards member and staying at other chains this is by far the worst place I've been to yet. Zero star rating from me won't be back

  Hotel could use updating. Front desk was busy at check in, no offer of points or amenity. The pool has a large high ceiling which made the hallway the second floor very humid. My room was a corner room which was okay. All the bed mattresses were kind of old but they were still clean. The bathroom was extremely tiny. The ceiling above the shower look like it had some mold or mildew probably from a leaking tub above. Some of the drywall had some water damage also in the suite. My room also did not have any bath towels. There are two outlets connected to the lamp by the bed to plug your phone in. The TV came in crystal clear and the couch and desk looked clean. While the bed sheets are clean the skirt on the bed was a little dated it has some stains. With the amount of Holiday Inns in the Indianapolis area I don't think I would return to this one unless it was renovated.

  This was a great Holiday Inn Express to stay at. The staff was great, friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. They were on their A game all the time. The room was a joy to stay in. It was clean, it was LARGE, and it had a kitchenette. Other than the tub the bathroom was clean and it had a large jetted tub. The only downside was that the jetted tub wasn't as clean as it should have been because there was hair in the suction strainer and that turned me away from using it, had I not seen the hair I may have used it. This hotel was great and I highly recommend it.
