  Decent looking and clean just in the middle of nowhere! No restaurants or anything cool within walking distance would have definitely paid more to be closer to downtown but if you prefer quiet this would be perfect

  It was a perfect stay. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and cozy and I didn't hear anyone around me the whole time. It was like being in my own warm nest and I never wanted to leave. But I had to because I have responsibilities because of adulthood. Plus it was in a great spot in Dallas! Quick access to Wal-Mart, 7-11 and tons of restraunts and venues!!

  Great hotel. Rooms are excellent and clean. The wifi is really fast and reliable. Breakfast was always hot fresh and tasty. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. As someone who spends a lot of time at different Holiday Inns this one is one of the best.

  The hotel itself was what you'd expect of any other HI Express. They DID, however, try to bump my wife and I - traveling without kids for a change - to a double queen room on the excuse that Expedia booked me a "floater room" even though I'd already paid for a king room. Front desk staff tried to tell me that they were booked solid and that their hands were tied - but a little squeak eventually got the grease when (with a little persistence) suddenly the VERY room I had booked MIRACULOUSLY became available - and I began to think that I might have detected a slight aroma of another type of "floater" in the whole story. Hmmmm... Hotel is fine, just make sure you get what you pay for.

  A typical holiday inn but had a disappointing first week. The alarm from an adjacent room kept ringing at 4:30 am which obviously ruins the start of a day. The reception answered my call and were able to come up and shut it. But this could have been avoided if they check it once a person leaves their room. Next my AC didn't work which was terrible. The pressure in the shower was pretty low and the flush had the same issue. Luckily I was able to switch my room after talking to the receptionist for quite sometime. Anyway I believe this might be a one off experience. Clean rooms and good service.
