My stay was very nice. The room was very clean, but it needed some maintenance. Towel rack was dangling from the wall and was usable and a couple of other small things. The staff was great! Breakfast was pretty decent. Had an assortment of meat and eggs, with biscuits and gravy. And all the other typical fixings. I stayed in the winter time, and the whirlpool was on and working. Me and my girlfriend and I had 2 dips. One on the night we got there and one the next morning. Would stay again.

I have stayed over 100 nights at IHG hotels alone this year without issue. Some are good some are worse it's kind of the luck of the draw sometimes. I left my hotel room this morning to go to work, it was check out day but I usually do not check out just in case I need to return to the room for some reason. As soon as I got to my job site I called and told the front desk I left a pair of Oakley sunglasses in my room. I knew exactly where I left them, and I would be returning for them. I returned at 11:00 AM to get my sunglasses and guess what? The room was already cleaned and no one in housekeeping had seen my glasses. I told them I would double check my bags in case i made a mistake but I knew exactly where I left them. They were no help at all. I said I was going file a police report and the staff became very offended. I decided to call IHG corporate and discuss with them the issue. They were very polite but obviously not much they could do. The manager then walked in and I asked to speak to him. This coward "KEN" would not even look at me when we were speaking. He would look off into space as I was speaking and would only say " i have had my house keeping staff for 15 years". I could not believe the lack of customer service with this guy. I told him obviously he didn't want to hear my complaint so I did file the police report. When I went to the IHG website to put this review on there, someone with access to IHG computer had deleted my stay at that hotel. I can only assume this was attempt to keep this review off the IHG/hotel website.

Had a great stay!! The staff makes the place. The rooms are being updated but love the ceiling fans. Breakfast was good as well. Honestly the staff are amazing!

I have stayed at lots of Holiday Inn Express but never one has badly managed as this one. The front desk staff was helpful but that was it. The shower curtain in the room was half torn off then the catalytic converted was stolen from my rental in their parking lot which I then missed my flight so it was a very expensive 2 day stay. When my credit card bill came in my room which was quoted at $ 97.00 per night for 2 nights total over $ 418.00. Disputing with Citibank but so far, no explanation why? I'm only sharing this as I'd always had a positive experience with Holiday Inn Express but this hotel does not meet their typical expectations and if posting this helps anyone else avoid the nightmare trip I had it will be worth it.

I’ve stayed here twice now and I really think it’s great for the price. The staff are always super friendly and helpful! The bathrooms are updated and clean, plenty of towels and everything you need. The bed is quite comfy and the sheets are not scratch/itchy at all, which is usually a problem child at most hotels. Mini fridge, sink, and coffee maker in the room. I like how you can crack a window for fresh air, it’s so important and a lot of hotels don’t give you that option these days. The rooms are spacious. My only feedback would be to clean the ceiling fans more often, one in my room has collected a good amount of dust. Thank you!
