  Staff was polite. My room was very well cleaned by housekeeping. the maintenance man asked if anything needed attention in our room. We had a package delivered to the hotel and they held it there for us. Room was cool. We requested extra pillows when we booked the room, and they were in our room when we arrived.

  If staying on an upper floor the experience may be better. The staff is very friendly. However, the entirety of the 2nd floor is above a loud pub with live music. On a Monday and Tuesday (and presumably the rest of the week). The music can not only be heard quite well, but the vibrations can be felt through the floor. Additionally, there were several hours of dishes clattering and the sound of furniture dragging across the floor. This is the most unpleasant Experience I’ve had at a hotel in the US. If I could switch hotels, I would. I am here for business and am unable to sleep in this room. I would recommend avoiding this hotel. I certainly will in the future.

  他のユニオンスクエア周辺のホテルに比べて、部屋が比較的広く、電気も明るいので使えやすいです。立地がいいのもとても便利です。 部屋から聞こえる外の音は、部屋によって大きく差があります。 前の通りに面する部屋ですと、夜でも外の清掃トラックの音がうるさいですが、奥まった部屋ですと全く気にならなくなります。 朝食付き、インターネットも早くストレスがないなど、泊まりやすいホテルです。

  Sehr schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und sauber. Das Frühstück war auch wirklich gut. Selbst das Gym haben wir ausprobiert. Alles super.
