  I am super impressed with the quality of customer service that has been provided here. Jeanette and Danny (I became familiar w their names) treated us like family and bent over backwards to make our stay feel like home. I definitely will ALWAYS want to come visit again!

  I would like to share my experience here, but first I would like to say my wife and I just left Chicago. We stayed in the Hyatt on the Magnificent mile. I’m here to say the 5 star hotel which was priced at $300 a night had more amenities, but other than that it was not as good as this Holiday Inn Express. This hotel is more modern, clean, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were the same size, but much less less in price. I really enjoyed my stay. Ryan checked us in, knew his job and was very informative. I Pierce

  Check in process was smooth. No noise complaints the past two times I have been here. Staff is always friendly!

  The whole experience was a mess! We called and spoke with a gentleman who said he would hold a room for us and quoted is a price that matched what the website said. When we showed up, we managed to get the last spot in the extremely small parking lot. Someone else was working the desk and told us there was no room being held and we would have to pay more. When we told them we were IHG members, they said that only gets us points, not member pricing. We finally got it straightened out and got into our very small room. We went back to the car to get our belongings, and despite the fact that it says we can use our key card to get in, we had to be buzzed in. The only problem is the woman left the desk. So we were left waiting in the cold for her to return to let us in. All this because she couldn't locate their ONLY luggage cart when we checked in. When I went for breakfast the next morning, the juices were all barely sputtering out juice, the pancake machine was out of batter, and all the hot food trays were empty. This was nearly an hour before the close of breakfast. Definitely not worth the $105 we spent to stay for 10 hours.
