  Checks all the boxes! Located in historic German village area which is home to numerous small shops and restaurants and cafes. Easy walking distance to all of these. Also a few blocks from to downtown area. Hotel staff is attentive. Rooms are well kept and well supplied. Don’t miss the complimentary breakfast and make sure to get a cinnamon roll (or two). Hotel also held luggage for us as we visited the neighborhood. Will be back!

  Thank you, Marilyn, for your kind help in getting us moved out of the noisy room #101! We are very grateful, as the remainder of our stay in a quieter room was very pleasant. We really appreciate everything you all did to make our stay enjoyable, including the spacious and very clean room, and excellent breakfast. Your staff did a wonderful job, and please remember to ask for a room away from the elevators and the lobby! Thank you again for everything!

  Great hotel. Breakfast is included and was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows. Bathroom was very clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is $10 and a bit limited. Glad we could park near the building, rather than walking to parking lot.

  We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Originally we had booked our one night stay at a different hotel about 15 minutes away from here and upon entering our room immediately decided to leave because it clearly wasn’t clean after we waited two hours to get into the room. We called holiday inn and a representative really hooked us up with this room being that it was such a busy weekend in Columbus. It was in walking distance of the event we were going to, the staff were amazing, the room was so clean and smelled amazing as soon as we walked in, the breakfast was good, and the bed was super super comfy. Laurence at the front desk heard we had been given the run around at another hotel chain and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and was very friendly. The note in our room said that Erica has cleaned it for us the day of check in and it was great! There is a parking fee but there always is when staying in a major city, at least the free breakfast kinda balances that out since it’s only $10. There is extra security after hours in that you have to use your room key to enter the building, enter the elevator, then also for your room so that is comforting as well.

  The beds were soooo comfy!!! And I can not speak highly enough of the lady working check ins. She was amazing and sweet and very very helpful! She even had a secret candy jar! She definitely was part of the reason our stay was so great. The shower was amazing and it was so convenient to German village and a short walk to the bars and strip. It was awesome!
