  Me and My girlfriend were locked out of our house and needed a place to stay for the night and had to book a room at 4am. The overnight manager Tasha was absolutely fantastic. She was a beacon of hope for us and went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute booking. Absolutely fantastic service. The hotel itself wasn't anything to write home about and was very average but Tasha's attitude and customer service made our stay worth it! Thank you again Tasha!

  This hotel is older but looks renovated. We booked two rooms both with a king size bed and a pullout couch. The first room was satisfactory but the second room was dirty. There was hair in the shower and bed. There were water spots all over the mirror and crumbs still on the desk area. The room smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. We had planned to use the pullout couch but it was covered in crumbs, hair and questionable stains. We called the front desk and they were helpful and kind in moving us to another room that was better. Once we moved to the second room our TV was skipping and the lights flickered. The mattress was hard as a rock but at least we had clean bedding. At that point we knew we just had to take a loss for our trip. The location is centrally located to just about anything in the area. While the staff was helpful and kind, we wouldn't visit this hotel again based on our experience.

  I would only book this location if you desire convenience and a decent price hotel. It’s close to restaurants and downtown night life. However nothing else is great or above expectations about this hotel. Room smelled like must or mold especially the bathroom. Room was small for a (king size bed) the bed took up the whole room. It appeared clean but not really sure if it was truly clean. Nothing appeared unusual for me to call front desk. No ice machine no vending. Poor selection of snacks/ beverages from front desk so I would bring my own water and snacks. Homeless like to hangout at night outside the lobby and inside the lobby. It was nice for us bc we did a date night and decided to splurge on our activities rather than the room since we were just sleeping overnight. It was nice to lay your head down for a night out you get what you pay for.

  The only good thing I can say about this hotel was is was clean. Even though it’s a non-smoking property, multiple rooms clearly had smokers in them. Both weed and cigarettes. So gross. Walls are paper thin and we could hear every word our “neighbors” were saying. The mattress is rock hard. Literally as mediocre as hotels come.

  This place is super special to us. We had our first date here and after many more visits, decided to have our wedding here. Our friends and family were blown away with the beauty of the hotel, lobby, lawn, ballroom and every amenity. We were treated like royalty and they made the day absolutely perfect. Food was delicious, rooms comfy and definitely the best
