  Hotel said they were sold out but went online and booked a hotel room. When came back to the desk with reservation the front desk manager Everton started scolding us for booking hotel room and was overly aggressive to the point where he deserved a right hook. Never write bad reviews but this guy went haywire. However he ultimately did provide a room even though "they had no rooms." so he did come through even if it was in an extremely unprofessional manner. Hotel is good, rest of staff was great just watch out for the wild card front desk manager

  This hotel is very dated, but the staff keeps everything very clean, and they were incredibly kind and helpful with my requests. There was a prom or school dance in session when I checked in, but I couldn't hear the noise from my room, so that was awesome.

  We stayed here to go to the NY Yankee/Boston Red Sox game. It was fine. No frills. It served our purpose. We knew we would get in late from the game and leave early to see the sights, so we weren't expecting much. Room was a little smaller than expected, but it was clean, neat and well taken care of. People at the desk were helpful, pleasant and very courteous. Would stay again if in the area. Only have four stars because of the parking. That definitely left a little to be desired.

  Very dimly lit hotel. No windows except one facing the corridor outside, no way to tell day from night. Pool is indoors right in the middle of the hotel surrounded by the hotel rooms, so the whole place smells like chlorine. Only one lift that's extremely slow and old. They don't change the sheets, so be prepared to sleep in the same bed as who knows how many people before you, with other people's hair and everything else I don't even want to think about. No phone directory next to phone, had to walk down to the reception to ask for a change of sheets. Reception can't seem to care less, told me no housekeeping staff is around and I have to wait while they find someone. After sitting around my room waiting for half an hour, someone brought what suspiciously looks like ANOTHER set of old sheets, not folded and pressed but bundled up in a bunch and wrinkled. Location is really convenient, shame this hotel is of such standard. Been to many holiday inn hotels and this is so far below the standard I couldn't believe it's a holiday inn.

  The room was a suite. It was clean and everything worked. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of restaurants and two high end grocery stores within walking distance. Good price too. Highly recommended.
