::The location is great for bars nearby. Nice view from my room. The service at the hotel was very good, all hours of the night. I had a terrible experience with a neighboring room (alarm going off for hours starting at 3am). Hotel staff did the best they could under the circumstance.

::Hotel needs help. When we checked in the elevator wasn't working and we had to go up the service elevator. The hallway was so gross, dirty towels and trash. We didn't need to see this going to our room. The property is next to the pathway of the lake, that's nice but walking there you need to pass the back of the hotel and it smells terribly and lots of trash. Bathroom has hair all over the floor (not mine) Closet door is unable to close Room is dusty

::I had a great stay at this hotel. I really enjoyed being located right on the green belt. Every morning or night I would go for a walk or bike on the path. Really nice pool overlooking the lake. The staff were really nice. Great value for being so close to downtown and the east side

::The room was clean and the maid service was polite. They had showers without tubs which I prefer. The view outside my window was of the river and Park and was very nice. Check in was quick and easy.

::The beds here are never the size they say they are and we always have some other issue with the room. This time it was a broken A/C unit. Eventually it fixed itself, but when we asked the front desk they replied saying there was nothing they could do. There are always problems with the elevators being slow and the place never really seems clean. The location is great for accessing the park, but other than that its terrible. I only stay here for rowing events for the ease of access to the lake.
