  I like this place and location of the old Express store. I like the fact that they have really good deals and she's going on all the time. I like that they have the fashion of clothes that I like but I also feel they make it accessable to all types. I like the fact that they have shoes, jewelry, hair accessories, clothing and more to choose from. I like how it's fashionable and cost efficiency is a big plus!!!

  Okay, I am from the west Texas area, I was shopping in San Antonio this weekend. I came by H&M everything was FINE! But a color chick I guess "the manager" at the register was the rudest person ever............ my friends even recorded her how she was taking to me because I didn't want to take some boots that she charged me twice for them.......... I don't appreciate this girl to be doing that sh*** I am a customer from far away, trying to find me an outfit for the night and she comes with her racist attitude, because she also remarked that I had an accent laughing with the cashier.... I would like someone to please do something this black girl can not be working here, is she is racist like this with everyone, and if she gets upset for the only reason that I didn't want to take some boots that she charged me for twice.. I realllly hope this gets to your ears "manager" I hope she don't forget about me and remebers me every time she wants to be rude and racist..

  Great clothing and selections. The store was a bit trashed and the customer service was not there at all. I asked the girl in the dressing room for a shirt in a different size, and she completely ignored me. Another girl rolled her eyes when I asked about a shoe.
