  The place is a zoo with all of the customers and then there's only 1 cashier? Take your money elsewhere.

  One of the more crowded stores. The clerks were a little distracted but polite!

  Although I really like H&M, this location has some of the rudest staff at the registers. If your store posts that it closes at 9pm, then work until 9pm...or at least try. 8:30 is not 9, period. I'd recommend trying a different location that at least acts happier to have customers.

  I came in looking for a specific size In a skirt I had found at a different H&M. I needed it by the next day so couldn't order online. One of their employees searched all over the city, tirelessly for this skirt. We didn't find it but I'm overwhelmingly grateful for the effort. Thank you!
