  The associate that rang me up today salena, I believe her name tag said, was rude. I simply asked how much the jacket was that I purchased and she answered me with an attitude. Learn good customer service and how to smile girl thanks

  Disorganized store, unhelpful employees, and a ridiculous wait time for the register.

  The store was a little bit disorganized and the employees were all busy helping other customers so I was left to fend for myself on my search for a pair of jeans I liked in my size. After digging for a few minutes I finally found them and went to the dressing room to try them on.   The changing room attendant was unenthused about my presence and acted like I was somehow interfering with her work. But that’s okay, good vibes only.   The pants ended up fitting awesome and I cashed out a happy customer

  This is located at The Outlets at Orange, has two entrances one by Gymboree Outlet and one by Carter's, good store with variety of items but generally a little smaller than usual H&M

  Zero men's shoes no men's accessories. Extremely limited on merchandise if you shop at H&M avoid this specific location not worth the trouble of trying to find parking on a sunday
