  Easy to navigate with customer service not found in some chain stores. Plus, this location carries exclusives and lines not found elsewhere. Always worth a drop-in.

  Hit and miss at times depending on what you are looking for. Stylish clothing. Prices comparable. Sales periodically. Smaller mens and kids sections. Parking is not easy but within walking distance of the national mall and many hotels or even the convention centers.

  Terrible customer service all round. Staff are rude and impolite. They need customer service training. They do not have basic courtesy. No smiles or how can I assist you. You are left standing and waiting to be served as if you’re a bother while they talk about their after work activities. I didn’t have one staff member offer assistance or smile. Worst customer service at H and M I’ve encountered in my travels.

  Very casual ambience and vibe. Fast fashion but online items are readily available at this location. Fast and efficient dressing room and cash wrap experience. There SA greeting customers.

  I haven't I haven't been to many H&Ms but even so I can guarantee this one is worth visiting. Staff are always helpful and even if you don't get asked if you need help it's easy enough to find stuff that it won't matter. There's a relatively good selection of clothing and accessories at good prices as one would expect from this chain.
