  ZERO Customer service. Rude charged for a service I didn’t ask for. No updates on plan for repairs. On hold several times when called shop for updates. I would not recommend anyone to take their scooter there!!!

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Owner and his wife are very rude! They will sell you a scooter but when it needs maintenance done they show a whole different side of them. I brought my bike in for repair and was told it should be done in 3-4 days, ended up being over a month and when I call to Check on the status of my bike they give me attitude and the run around!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

  The worst place ever! Terrible customer service. Refused to repair scooter owner screaming at customers and employees. Let my scooter sit for 4 days without giving a estimate after saying they would have it completed on the 4th day. Trash company. Never again. I wouldnt buy a skateboard from them. They have huge chains on the door like a prison.

  Absolute nightmare I bought a scooter from them brand new they only offer a 90 day warranty scooter stop running after 5 months it has less than 600 miles on it . I had it towed back to them at my expense and was willing​ to pay for any repairs as the warranty had expired. After multiple calls and not being able to get any information over the phone ( the lady is just rude and short whenever I would call) I finally showed up . By now my scooter had been there a month. It had not been touched. To make things worse they had no idea where it was. I had to wander around the building and find it. The lady who works the front desk is just plain rude, defensive and mean. These folks are horrible don't walk but run in the opposite direction if you are considering buying a scooter from them. The owner responded to my Google review using sarcasm and defensive post. Sir my review of my experience with your company was both truthful and accurate. Save the sarcasm and work toward upgrading your customer service. I am presently in the market for a second scooter which is why I am even on your site. Because of your response and my past experience I would never consider a second purchase from you. Oh and I did find someone to repair the scooter I purchased from you. They do awesome work and their customer service is incredible East Atlanta Motorcycle.
