  DO NOT book with this company! I paid $100 deposit (which they cashed back in August) and confirmed that we were all set for our party today at 3 pm. Truck was supposed to arrive at my house with the siren on, teach the kids about fire safety, train the children as junior firefighters, and provide goodie bags for all 16 kids. I cannot begin to tell you how excited I was for this party, knowing how much my 4 year old loves fire trucks. I had been communicating with Chris via email since the summer, and had some questions for him this week, so he said he would call me on Thurs or Fri. I didn’t hear from him but wasn’t too worried since he confirmed the date and time twice. Well, fast forward to today and he was a complete no show, and my numerous phone calls all went to voicemail. I had many disappointed children today asking when the fire truck would be here. I was able to fudge a story about the fire truck having to go to an emergency, but I was livid. Beware of this unprofessional company!!!

  Worst company ever, supposed to have them @ a party today @our cousins house and never showed nor were calls answered all to direct voicemail, explain that to the birthday boy who love fire trucks and the other 20 kids waiting and excited for them to come, bs company

  Most amazing birthday party ever. My son had the absolute best time! I couldn't have asked for a better first "real" birthday with friends for my 4 year old. He wont stop talking about it! He might even have to come back for his 5th birthday!
