  Had my engagement ring resized here back in November, and it was such a quick process! I thought I was going to have to send my ring away for weeks, but Hinrichsen Jewelers is one of the only shops in Phoenix that has a jeweler on site! In and out in 30 minutes! I went back in today to get the overall roundness of my band adjusted, and with a few clicks of a hammer, I was done and they sent me on my way - no charge! I really need to bring these people cupcakes... So friendly, and they make you fall in love with your jewelry all over again. 😊

  Excellent service for all watch and jewelry needs. Great selection of estate and contemporary jewelry. Will take scrap gold in trade. We have been going to this store for over ten years and will continue to support this locally owned business!
