  In Italia sarebbe un hotel da 35 euro a notte. Ma che vuoi fare sei a new york... È con questo ti giustifichi tutte le inqulate che prendi.

  Siamo stati li 5 giorni, personale disponibile e attento ( si ha la possibilitá di poter comunicare in più lingue tranquillamente), colazione internazionale fantastica anche con caffé da portar via, camere pulite con servizio giornialiero di pulizia efficiente, unica "pecca" se così definire la camera era un po piccola ma cn un po di organizzazione siamo stati benissimo. In ultimo la posizione che per muoversi é ottimale in quanto vicino vi é la stazione della matro da cui é semplice spostarsi per tutta NY! 5 stelle meritate

  My experience of staying in this hotel was good, staff at the entrance and reception was really helpful. Check-in and checkout was breezing fast, room was nice, clean, tidy & furnished with all the major amenities. Room service was good too. The best part is that this hotel is near to Grand Central so it's easy to move from here. Overall very good experience.

  The staff was welcoming and gave us a nice quiet room on the 8th floor. The hotel is a historical property and had fun features like a pretty doorbell outside each room. Out room didn't have much of a view, but was very quiet as it was set back from the street. It was exceptionally quiet for a room with open windows in the city. The room didn't get a ton of outside light, but was pleasant enough during the day. I don't think there is any direct thermostat controls, so we kept cool with an open windows.I don't know what it would be like in summer though. They did have a nice whirlpool tub, an air purifier and a sound effect aromatherapy device that was fun to play with, but didn't act as an A/C. Nonetheless, we were comfortable and had a lovely stay.

  Location location, location. Walking distance to Time s Aquare & Broadway & opposite to Grand Central station. Heritage building well preserved. Reached earlier at noon. They checked in & gave upgraded room. Breakfast Service & quality was excellent. Reasonable price in the area. All staff including, Bell boys, reception, restaurant & housekeeping were attentive friendly.
