  I didn't stay here. I used their airport parking and shuttle service. The staff were very friendly and prompt with drop off and pick up. I was able to park my car for six days in a very secure area with out paying a ton of money. My child left a bag of his belongings when we were picked up. I called back to find the driver had already found it and turned it in with our name on it. The staff had it waiting on me at the front desk the next morning when I drove back to pick it up. I can only say this if I needed a hotel in Nashville I would choose this one. Its newly renovated and the staff pay attention to every detail where others would say not covered.

  Awesome place, awesome people. The staff was very kind and friendly. The environment is great and modern. You will definitely enjoy this place. Very comfortable.

  Hotel was beautiful. Loved the beds! The downside... The breakfast is NOT free and there is no hot tub. However, the staff is very nice and professional!

  The hotel was clean, and nice, but a lot of the staff were rude. Especially the wait staff in the hotel restaurant. Also, the breakfast buffet was not truly a buffet. They had it in back and served people. They appeared to have more than enough servers to be able to do this. My family and I wait 30 minutes for our food. Never came. We left... buffet food that should’ve already been cooked. Also, our shower leaked all over the bathroom and out into the entryway. Nothing was done even after telling staff at the front desk.

  Not much to do around the hotel but great place if you're just there in business. Close to the airport, free shuttle was great. Close to downtown so it's a cheap Uber ride. You can cast your own streaming services to the in-room television. LOVE this aspect.
