Primary stay is for work. The staff at the Hilton truly has accommodated me. I accidentally booked back-to-back status here. I was concerned that I was going to have to switch rooms due to 2 different confirmation numbers. The Hilton made it seamless. A great stay!

Really didn't care for the experience. Check in went fine. Came down for a drink. Bar not crowded. Grabbed a seat and waited forever. No one ever came over. Finally asked some 20 something's to consolidate seats so we could have 2 seats together. My drink was god awful. My partners drink was too. A Cosmo and a Manhattan came out to $31.80! That's just ridiculous. Went to our event, came back, too many guests partying in the hallways all night. Got zero sleep. Pros were reservations and check in was easy and bed was comfortable. Loved the sheets! Will not be back.

Front desk needs help with being inviting. Staff lacks training. If you book a meeting here, be sure the staff is aware! My first impression of much of the staff was that they have a job but don't enjoy what they do. Many have an attitude. Robbie, in AV was an exception being most helpful. He took pride in what he was doing and how he could help. Take pride in what you do or don't do it!

I've been staying here for a bit. Nice and helpful customer service and housekeeping. The rooms are clean and fairly spacious and comfortable. The toilets are VERY loud, and you can hear your neighbors flush every time. Some might find it annoying, but I think it's hilarious. My only gripes: you can't open the windows. There are no screens, so if you want fresh air, you'll have to go outside. Also, there's no mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. But there is a public use microwave on the lower level, so that's helpful.

Hotel is located right off the highway. There's also a 7 Eleven next to it which came in handy when I lost my cell phone charger. The staff was super friendly and courteous during the check in process. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay there again.
