  1. No one in the reception when help is needed (not only one occasion; visited multiple times but coincidentally always there was no one and had to wait 15+ minutes). I think that this is a problem of hotel leadership rather than that of individual receptionist in terms of capacity management. The receptionist later excused that there was only one receptionist. 2. Shower is very cold. I stayed in this hotel twice and experienced in both occasions. Asked reception to fix, but didn't improve meaningfully. The cold shower (2 days in a row) helped me to wake my brain up quickly and focus on meetings. 3. On the bright side, the hotel room is new and clean. The swimming pool is great and staffs are friendly.

  Nice Hotel! The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and very accommodating. The lounge was excellent in my opinion. It was a great atmosphere, plenty of seating and had separate areas to enjoy yourself with family. The only problem was that as a Diamond Member, I had to pay for parking.

  Very nice new hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Family friendly we were able to get two adjoining rooms. There is a pool and a hot tub with towels and a fitness room. The pool is open very late so you can go out to dinner then come back to swim or sit in hot tub. So conveniently located to Bellevue Square just a few minutes walk. The parking is limited at hotel but they let us park next door when it was full and it is actually cheaper.

  I was here on a business trip and stayed for four nights. This is a centralized place, closer to many restaurants and offices and some of the residential buildings as well. Unless you need room service they don't bother you. There were enough towels and toiletries so you don't have to really call them for anything. It was good to see a water bottle was available in case you need it of course for a price. There is a fridge which was pretty handy when I bought some takeouts and also they have a microwave and coffee making machine. I enjoyed my peaceful stay here. Definitely recommend. The staff is very helpful and polite.

  I really liked how clean and new this hotel is, and how friendly the staff are. The beds are comfortable and the room is big and spacious. I would have gave it 5 star if it wasn’t for the fact they had 2 water bottles on top of the fridge, labelled $2.5 each! While most high end hotels would have just provided free water bottles (for example, W Hotel Bellevue where I stayed last time), I’m surprised Hilton Garden Inn is charging their customers for some basic needs like fresh water to drink… very disappointing! If you’re going to charge $400 CAD a night, at least have the decency to provide free water. Seriously made the experience terrible. Also, there were no towels provided at the pool/sauna area… which is another basic thing that should’ve been provided as a high end hotel. And lastly, we had mentioned it was our anniversary this weekend, but nothing was done or acknowledged.. not even a card to congratulate us..(most of the other hotels we’ve stayed at always made an extra effort for things like this)… On top of it all, we mentioned ahead we had a 7mon baby and needed a crib.. when we came in the room, it was not even assembled and we were just expected to figure out how to put it together on our own… That’s not good service in my opinion. Hence overall, I gave it 4 star only.
