  Very nice hotel. The room was nice and clean. Workers were very friendly. I would book a room again.

  Nice rooms and good breakfast selection. My only complaint is that I like firm pillows to sleep with and the pillows weren’t firm enough but I did sleep well. Beautiful location and great staff!

  We had a nice stay about 2 months ago. One reason I had picked the Hilton Garden Inn was due to the fact that they had valet parking available and parking on the premises. But when we arrived there was none available. Also the fact that they had shuttle service but we asked the frontdesk to let the shuttle Personnel know we wanted to be on a certain shuttle they didn't inform them. I talked to the shuttle personnel and they went out of their way and made an extra trip just for us. The driver was very nice we talked the whole way really appreciated that. Great room very spacious but it was extremely noisy due to the outside traffic which would be expected.

  I received raw turkey burger at dinner. They remade it with no discount offered. Called for valet service early so I could leave right after check out. No answer so went to the front desk to checkout. Hoping to ask for my car and check while I waited for it. The front desk person had to leave to chase down the Valet driver who was on his phone. Walk around the hotel. That took 10mins. For that after trying call earlier. Told the front desk about my meal. I was told he would tell the manager. That was it. Then another costumer was waiting at the she asked if I'd been help. I told her I was waiting to get my car. She had paid for breakfast with her room there was no breakfast received. They told her the cook did not show up. I asked if they were going to take charge off her bill. She said they said nothing about giving her a refund. I in hospitality for years and work school food program. I have had better service at what one would consider Low vendors. Hotels and food service.

  Nice clean rooms but parking was too expensive so we had to park 3 blocks away to get there and back. The breakfast was not inclusive and over priced. The snack pantry didn't have any prices labeled on them and were very over priced when we found out. The complimentary coffee and hot chocolate was out and not restocked the whole stay there. No hot tub and should have been for the price and for being a Hilton and downtown Minneapolis with a small pool but no Jacuzzi which was a huge bummer. It was nice but sure we could have found better with better accommodations like breakfast and a hot tub or vending machines.
