  Traveled here for our cousin's wedding (hotel block) and was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. We had originally booked a king bed room but called months in advance to change to 2 queen beds as we were a group of 3 & the associate confirmed they changed the room. However, upon checking into our room we had been given a king bed room. After telling the front desk associates Augustine & Kayla this and asking for their assistance we were met with unhelpful replies. While we understood the hotel was sold out, they told us they could not supply a runner/cot bed because none were left..... so one of us sleeps on the floor? What kind of solution is this? They did not offer any recommendations on another local Hilton where we could stay, and after checking for one online ourselves - they told us if we cancelled that night's stay we would be charged. The associates should have waived the cancellation fee and helped us rebook another Hilton room. We went ahead and had to buy ANOTHER hotel room at the other Hilton location nearby, thus paying for both hotel rooms that night. We then cancelled the Saturday night stay there as well and stayed at the other one - making us change our entire weekend plans at the hotel block we should have been staying at with our other family members. The customer service was very poor and Augustine said "he couldn't magically create a new room for us." While we were understanding about the limitations, there was NO effort to help us relocate and see what our options were - overall rude service. They should have allowed us to cancel Friday night's stay without a fee since this was not our fault.

  The staff at this Hilton is amazing and attended to our needs professionally and quickly. No issues having our dogs stay with us in the room and they even got a bag treat from the front desk! The room was perfect for our needs and I had a desk to work from. The location of the hotel is perfect. Situated in the heart of Chandler Downtown, you are within walking distance of nearly all the best eats and bars around. I can't speak to some of the local pours since I gave up drinking, but I'm sure they would have been tasty. Overall, I would stay at this Hilton again and we just might when we return for a 3-day stint in early May! Thank you Hilton for providing us with a warm, friendly, and comfortable place to stay.

  I stayed here for over a week, and I had a good time overall. I totally love that they're pet friendly, and I was able to bring my pup's along with me for a trip. The location is amazing and has a lot of good restaurants around the hotel. Staff is friendly but housekeeping should improve, I asked them to clean our bedroom and clearly only the bed was made and new towels were brought, I was expecting to refill soap, shampoo, coffe, cups etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although you can still hear noises from outside. If we have to come back we will stay again here! We really like the friendly staff, and our pups enjoyed the treats that they gave them. Thank you again for being pet friendly!!!

  Staff very friendly. They were there wanting to help everytime we request something, but the facilities weren't that clean. If you want room service you have to request it by your own. My room had other costumers hair all over the bathroom. Not a very quiet place to rest, not just due to the night life around the hotel, but as well due to costumers discipline during the night arriving their rooms.

  The staff was friendly and efficient at check in. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had a drink at the bar, and the bartender was fun to talk to and engaging. Many great restaurants and bars (with live music) within a two block radius of the hotel.
