Terrific stay at the Hilton. The door to the room needed replumming hard to open and close, noisy for other guest.. Other than that, comfortable. Club sandwich down in the lounge late at night on my arrival hit the spot after a long drive, great Continental breakfast on floor 22. Thanks

Had a great experience from the start. One of the shining stars was Ted who was very helpful and accommodating when I arrived. Despite the slight wait for my room to be prepared, he gave me the assurance of making sure that my luggage was taken to my room while I retrieved my lost phone from the airport. This was a big relief certainly much appreciated.

Great downtown hotel close and convenient to just about everything. It was great service the rooms are nice and actually quite big for a downtown hotel. They have lots of parking it’s not free but that’s OK parking is never free in downtown areas. There are tons of restaurants close by. We Definitely had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Hilton.

I have stayed at a ton of Hiltons but I was not impressed by this Hilton experience especially for the price point. The only employees that made us feel welcomed were the bell staff and the valet team. They were great and joyful all four days that we were there. As an “honor’s” member I thought my experiences would get better not worse. Hopefully better luck next time.

There isn't a pool. The guy at the bar was really rude when I asked for a fork, even though it wasn't busy. He didn't even look up at me and I had to ask twice, when I was about to ask a third time, he finally responded, but was rude about it. The room was cozy though. There isn't a microwave in the rooms. It's one downstairs near the computers. The rooms that say that they have Queen beds, actually have full beds. Far from queen size. It was in a nice location. Everything was clean. The rest of the staff was nice and did their jobs. They have valet parking. Overall, I liked it.
