  At approx 11:30 pm tbe light in our bathroom blew and left a bothersome smell. We called Housekeeping and immediately had service at our door. We were instructed the repair would take up to 40 minutes. It took less than that. James and Charles were very efficient and also taught us interesting facts about Atlanta upon our request , guided us to some non touristy sites worth visiting. They were both happy and polite and great conversationalists. They made us feel comfortable and safe with them in the room. Great customer service. We will make sure their manager hears how wonderful they were. Dana from Nevada and Jane from Houston. So excited to be here.

  I checked out early in the morning and the representative was on her phone while helping us! My thing is you never know who you are dealing with and you never know who may change you’re life! Don’t work in customer service if you can’t be friendly! Overall, the beds were comfortable but the friendliness should be addressed to staff.

  If you want to stay at a 2 star hotel for the price of a 4 star, stay at The Hilton Atalanta. The hotel common areas are very nice, updated and give the impression of a 4 star hotel. However, as you progress toward your guest room, the hotel takes on the appearance of a 2 star hotel at best. The walls and flooring show their age with wear and dust. The room has very old, small and disappointing furniture. As you settle into the small bed, with the smell old humidity and dust, you’ll think to yourself: “I’m paying $150 for this?”

  Several years ago my husband and I went to Trader Vic's located in the Hilton Atlanta to celebrate my birthday. Six years later, we went back to do it again. The drinks are good and strong, the staff was nice and the service was great, and the food was delicious. I'm glad we were able to try it again.

  Stayed on a high floor level, excellent view of downtown. Room is good, not outstanding, at this price level. Condition is not the newest but not the oldest but beginning to show some age. Room service is expensive, go to the restaurant and save the 5 dollar fee and 20 percent surcharge and tip. Nice lobby area, especially if you are meeting up with a large group. Overall, you will likely have a good time.
