I have been a loyal customer of Hillside Honda for the past 8 years and my recent purchase with Sales Consultant Mohamed Sultan has reconfirmed my commitment to them. I wouldn’t consider going to a different dealership or working with any other sales professional. Both him and Mr. Peter Mills are very knowledgeable, assessed my needs accurately, exceeded my expectations and delivered on their promises. My Family and I are forever grateful. Look no further!!!

After going to many dealerships and dealing with shady salesmen, we had the pleasure of working with Elker. He was very accommodating, listened to my concerns and had zero pushiness. He came from the side of wanting to help, rather than just trying to make a sale. Very professional and makes you feel very comfortable with your decision. He was an awesome help as true salesmen should be. Overall I had a great experience here. If you want to get 100% transparency with your auto transaction, then I highly recommend Hillside. Shout out to Mohamed for structuring the deal and for being honest and straightforward. These are two traits that are rare to find in a dealership. Great job Hillside!

I've been leasing cars for almost 5 years now and I've had some not so great interactions at Hillside before, but my lease was up in a few months so I walked in to check out options(I wasn't even planning on getting a new car so soon). I was immediately greeted and was helped by Hugo. He was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable on the car, and kept things real, which I really appreciated. He (and the sales manager, Mo) took my budget and current car situation into consideration and we were able to work out a great deal. I have to say that my experience this time was a total turn-around from my prior experience. If you are looking to go to Hillside, ask for Hugo!

Very happy with the purchase and purchase process. Kevin made the purchase process very quick and simple - just make sure you do your research and know whats the best pricing. He knew we were there to make a purchase and he cut straight to the chase. We spoke on pricing and instead of being a typical sales person and playing games. We negotiated the best pricing right away. He made the purchase process very easy. I would definitely go back.

The waiting room was so overheated that it was impossible to stay there for more than five or so minutes, but it was clean and there was plenty of seating. Nowhere to hang up coats. There was a small table with books and a toy or two for children. A couple vending machines back in the waiting room, and if I remember correctly there was complimentary coffee. Two large screens played local news sponsored by the dealership. The employees did not seem to be high-pressure at all, though they may have ignored me because I was with someone who was actually there to finalize a purchase of a new vehicle. Still, it's the first time I've ever been in a dealership without being pounced on by overeager salespeople striving for a sale. Alas, were not very friendly there, and my friend mentioned that the salesman they dealt with was less than courteous when he realized he couldn't lean on her and when her husband began questioning points of the contract to ensure they understood the details. This evidently put the salesman out and seemed to annoy him. She still wound up purchasing the vehicle and seems satisfied with the price and contract. I wouldn't have concluded the deal there but then I'm not particularly fond of car dealerships. That said, if I do give my business to one, it wouldn't be to a dealership where a salesman got huffy because I wanted all my questions answered before dropping thirty grand on a new car.
