  I just bought my new highlander from Mr. Kenny Xu. Great experience from the moment I stepped into the dealer to getting all the answers to my question. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. He has great knowledge on cars and he is very patient who knows how to provide clear explaination on numbers. Very happy with my purchase and service. Highly recommend him for your next Toyota. It was my best car buying experience so far.

  I had a great experience at this location. They went out their way to fix my car on the same day. They investigate the cause of the failure and realized that it was caused by the part that was recalled by Toyota. So all repairs were done for free. Definitely would recommend.

  Service department sucks big time!!! Let me explain. When I came for my first service I was told that they can not accept my car with a small bike rack in the rear. Which did not make any sense to me so I took it off. They said for insurance purposes. Second time of my service they did something unbelievable!!! They changed my custom plate frames for their own logo of hillside Toyota. And did not even informed me whatsoever or returned frames back to me. So I confronted the manager to which he replied "that's our new policy to do that."I said at least inform customers of such a policy. He said "I don't have to inform anyone. It's not a big deal" Don't waste your valuable time going to this service department!!!

  I've been coming to this dealership for many years and have never been disappointed. I've bought three cars here and the sales department is always patient & helpful. The service department is great too. They always take the time to explain everything to me in detail. I've recommended them to five of my friends. Keep up the good work!
