  I don't like giving bad reviews but I'm really disappointed. The in store experience was nice, I got the furniture I wanted for a reasonable price. The first part was delivered as they said after 3 weeks and installed, that was great, professional guys. Although the behind the desk people are terrible. First they lost my order somehow and my husband had to go in and chew them out and they miraculously found it right away. Now I'm 2 months in, and waiting for my dining table that was a special order, and that's not even the problem, I called on April 10 to check on the status - lady said it's in transit should be there middle of next week. Called April 20th - lady said it's in transit and will be here middle of next week, I called today April 27th and - lady said it's in transit and it's gonna be here middle of next week. I will give a one star next week when I call and they tell me the same story. I knew it's gonna take long but for goodness sakes don't lie....

  I buy furniture for 4000$ from them , good quality and good prices , but i received part of it after one month , and the other part i didnt received it even after 2 months waiting , so it end up canceling that part that i been waiting for and refunding the money , which made me and my wife very disappointed

  Stay away from Mo and his manager Sam, Very bad place i wish if I could give this place less than a Zero, do not be victim for their low price, I ordered a Sofa and two chairs and they brought me something with completely different color, they promised to replace them and they never did, whenever i call they say it is ordered and wait for a week and this is the case every time I called for months, then i complaint to BBB (you can find the details there) and they replied to BBB it is on the way and i have to wait and nothing happened(how worse it could be!!!!!), then I called my credit card and disputed the transaction so I had some of my money back, unfortunately the rest paid in cash otherwise I would dispute the entire transaction, very bad what they did. stay away from them it doesn't worth it.

  Well, I guess the late delivery rumors are true. I do think the prices are decent, and the sales associates are knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for. I am just so disappointed that I have to wait for delivery. Hopefully, they'll get it to me when they say they will. I will update this review. Currently, two stars due to late delivery service. Update: The delivery guys were quick and professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I love my new couch!!!

  Very reasonable prices and beautiful furniture. Mo the sales person is very helpful
