  We had just left Kia across the street, (If they would have had exactly what we wanted we would have been driving it home.) we stopped by, to see what Hyundai had to offer. As soon as we walked up to the door we were greeted by the manager who was nice enough to hook us up with a salesman, who apparently would rather fill out paper work than get the keys and show us the Santa FE Ultimate. We told him we were in a time crunch, and he stated by setting down and filling out paperwork we were saving time. How about get off your ass, get some keys, and get us into a vehicle looking at what you had to offer, then worry about the paperwork. Since I had already explained to you, that we were looking for a 3rd row SUV, and have already looked at the Traverse, Enclave, Jeep Grand Cherokee and KIA Sorrento. BIG TIME LOOSE for them. Now that i am looking at Hyundai online, we will find another dealer just to go compare. Who knows, its anyone's ball game except Hiley Hyundai with us.

  Our 1st hyundai bought from this location. 2014 hyundai Santa fe sport turbo. ❤ Love the car! Well for starters the only reason I'm here is because Blue Link told me yesterday said this particular model had 2 recalls. calls on it that need to be checked ...called themselves to set up an appointment for me to bring the car in to have it looked at and then said there were two recalls that needed to be fixed. So upon investigating the two recalls they tell me my car has already been checked and there is no problem. Will review again in the near future.

  Timothy was a great salesman that worked hard to get me what I wanted and the price I wanted. The service department has amazing staff and are quick with the maintenance.

  The salesman (I apologize forgot his name) was very helpful. Got everything approved and situated before I even got there. The car I chose unfortunately was taken before I got there but he already had another car pulled and waiting for me to test drive that met my needs. I loved everything except the tires were quite bare and I wanted them replaced before I would buy. The finance manager Jeff was not very helpful. He did not explain his self very well on his decisions and kept refusing to even budge on replacing the tires or lowering the price so I could get the tires done separately. But another manager Aaron was walking by overheard us talking. Came in the room we explained the situation with the tires. He said he would see what he could do. Came back not even 5 minutes later, said alright we will replace those tires for you and we actually have them in stock for you to get today. It did take quite a awhile to get them put on but it was understandable since it was a Saturday afternoon. When I recommend Frank Kent I definetly tell them to talk to my salesman and Aaron they will help you out anyway they can.
