  I just bought a new Sierra from this dealership and I’m really happy with the customer service I received. I consider myself a smart buyer and I ask a lot of questions, I like to know what I’m buying and if I’m getting the best deal possible. Well Robert Olsen (An awesome salesmen) took the time to answer all my questions and provided the best customer service. Even after I purchased my truck I called Robert a couple of times to ask if he could help me with the features of my truck and he took the time and answered all my questions. He is a caring, knowledgeable and very professional, I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. I’m really thankful and pleased with the overall process of buying my first new truck from this dealership.

  Had the best car buying experience at Hiley today. Their GM Eric is a rockstar as well as the other gentlemen I worked with. Gary and BB were on point and answered all my questions about my truck. When I went to sign all my paperwork Matt was a legend and explained everything to me and I walked off the lot in record time with a truck and a killer deal that makes my heart happy. Hiley buyer for life!!!!

  This is the 3rd time I brought my truck in for service and they always treat me great. The first time there was an small issue and Justin took care of it right away with me having to do nothing. I appreciate the way they took care of me and i will keep coming back for them to keep my Acadia in tip top shape. If my truck needs to stay they always have a vehicle ready for me so my personal life doesn't get affected by my truck being in the shop.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I was there about a week ago looking at the 2018 Acadia that has a running a special of 11k off. Test drove it and everything was great. Got down to the first pencil and the rebates did not add up to 11k off and even when I pointed it out nothing was done. So I fill out a credit app and am adamantly told my credit will not be run, I get a notification that Hiley GMC dba did run my credit, and when I told the salesperson that my credit was run, Blank Stare. So not only was I lied to about my credit being run, and that the interest rate on the payments was just "a general rate" but if my credit was run we should have a good idea of what my interest rate would be and what tier it would fall into. Sent multiple emails to GM and Sales Manager. No replies yet. Ill go buy the same car somewhere else.
