  Easy service scheduling online or over the phone. Bought car here 1/2 yr ago great buying experience even when I changed my mind on original car they were very helpful.

  I had a good experience with parts dept. Simply duplicate keys made for my 1993 Legacy. 25y/o & she still running . 🚗🎇❗

  The salespeople are not pushy and listened to what I wanted. Therefore, I went home with the car I wanted! I love Hiley Subaru!

  I visited this dealer and met with BB. I told him what kind of car I was looking for and we test drove a used Legacy, which was in my original price range. There was no pushing or suggestive selling, just a good conversation about the car and a salesman desiring to find the right car for my goals and my budget. After further consideration, I decided I really wanted to go with the WRX. They had a used WRX on the lot that I was interested in. In going though the process of test driving and considering purchasing, it was discovered that the car had some after market parts that could void a warranty claim. Hiley has been working diligently with me to get the car corrected to provide not only the car I desire, but also the peace of mind of the remaining factory warranty. Through this whole process, the used car manager, Gary, has been directly involved, honest, understanding, patient, and accommodating to make sure the vehicle is covered properly by the warranty. I can say I have never had a dealer stand behind their product like Hiley. I have the utmost confidence in recommending them when considering a new or used vehicle.
