  Please do not take your valuable clothing to this location as they do not take accountability when they lose your clothing. I have gone to this location a few times since moving to the area a year ago and this is the second time that they have lost pieces. The first time my husband picked up the laundry and I was not able to list the missing items. This last time, I specifically dropped off my laundy on a Saturday with the intention of picking it up on the following Tuesday. I specifically needed a suit jacket for a meeting that day and of course this was the piece missing. After numerous conversations, walking into the location, three return phone calls with no success, I spoke with the owner today and she stated that I had picked up my laundry and proceeded to argue with me that I did pick up all of the pieces. It is one jacket, yes, but when you don't care that your customer is missing something and has reached out numerous times (oh and given numerous different stories each time ie: They had to hand wash it; they did deliver it; Oh, it was a white jacket ~ even though I told them numerous times it was a black suit jacket) , and then call them a liar...Will never go back!
